2. Services Offered

TourMulki provides the following services in Mulki, Karnataka:

• Surfing lessons and open sessions
• Kayaking on the Shambhavi River and backwaters
• Beach yoga and guided sunrise walks
• Room accommodation across 3 buildings
• Scooter rental
• Guided religious and family tours

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
• Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; confirmed bookings will honour the price at time of booking

4. Liability & Safety

• All water sports activities involve inherent risk. Participants must follow instructor guidelines at all times
• TourMulki is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow safety instructions
• We reserve the right to cancel or stop any activity if conditions are deemed unsafe
• Participants with medical conditions should consult a doctor before engaging in water sports

5. Scooter Rental Terms

• A valid driving licence is mandatory for scooter rental
• The renter is responsible for any damage, traffic fines, or fuel costs during the rental period
• Scooters must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns attract additional hourly charges
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tourmulki.in — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TourMulki. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms
